I have a capture card and need a program to edit softwre what I can save. When you get to the clips on my computer that shows as QuickTime files. Suggestions?

If you have a Mac, you can download iMovie HD (iMovie '08 has no special effects, and iMovie '09 is not free). iMovie HD 6 has good effects and transitions, and videos can be easily downloaded and modified. If you have Windows, you can use Windows Movie Maker.

umm. The Machinae with costs money. I know because I've heard. One of my friends in real life, not You Tube. I'm not sure what it uses, but the best movie maker is likely to CAM hyper 2!
